Stockholms stadsmission

Stockholms Stadsmission consolidated its production unit in Västerhaninge. Our role was to help them find reused furniture for their office and common areas. Interior elements, plants, and equipment were repurposed, resulting in an inviting and energizing work environment for all employees at the facility.

Natur & Kultur

Extensive renovations in 2023/2024 led to an upgrade of various fixtures. Before moving to temporary premises, all items were categorized into three groups: reuse, resale/donation, and recycling. Some glass partitions and other materials were stored for future reuse. Around 100 desk spaces were donated, and anything unsuitable for reuse was sorted into fractions for recycling

Naturskydds-föreningen

Naturskyddsföreningen renovated its worn-out national office, located in a historic 19th-century building, with a strong focus on reuse and environmentally smart choices. Circular design methods and innovative solutions were applied to minimize the building’s carbon footprint and environmental impact. Together with Kaminsky Architects, we aimed to maximize the reuse of materials. As a result, furniture, kitchens, and interior elements were reused 100%.

Reuse is more relevant than ever and plays a vital role in conserving virgin resources and reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Sortera has always aimed to maximise the recycling of materials, and now we are investing in reuse to help customers take the next step in the waste hierarchy.
